According to these ongoing survey results, 94% of our responding clients would recommend us to a friend. The national average for the remodeling industry, based on a poll by the same company of 35,000 homeowners who had recently remodeled, is only 64%. That means that, within the industry as a whole, more than a third of homeowners who remodel would not recommend their remodeler to a friend.
